At Northwood Family Office, we are in the business of providing advice and exceptional service to families of wealth. We become our clients’ trusted advisors and they count on us for so many critical aspects of their lives – including strategic advice, technical issues and family dynamics.
In fact, so much of what we are is who we are.
That’s why the people we hire are so important. As a member of the team, you will be a key part of the service we deliver to our client families, whether directly or indirectly. You will have the opportunity to have valuable input and impact in the lives of these families, and every day will be a chance to learn something new and build your skills.
Our hiring process is designed to assess the capabilities of the candidate and their fit within the culture at Northwood. Because we are a small firm with an intentional client-service culture, we are meticulous when it comes to adding new team members. Every new hire will interview with each member of our senior leadership, as well as spend time with several other Northwood team members during the recruiting process. We invest this time up front because we want our new hires to be at Northwood for the long term.
If you are interested in building a career at Northwood, please email your resume and cover letter to email@example.com. The subject of your email should be in the following format: Your Full Name – The Position You’re Applying For (ie. Sarah Smith – Associate).
“There is nothing more fulfilling and satisfying than helping a family solve problems, discover answers and find peace of mind. We have the opportunity to do that every day at Northwood.”
