Our hiring process is designed to assess the capabilities of the candidate and their fit within the culture at Northwood. Because we are a small firm with an intentional client-service culture, we are meticulous when it comes to adding new team members. Every new hire will interview with each member of our senior leadership, as well as spend time with several other Northwood team members during the recruiting process. We invest this time up front because we want our new hires to be at Northwood for the long term.
