She helps guide clients through both strategic decision‑making and day‑to‑day execution, bringing structure, thoroughness, and momentum to complex needs. Kriti collaborates closely with internal teams and external advisors to ensure seamless, high‑quality service across all facets of the client experience.

Prior to joining Northwood, Kriti was at Ernst & Young, auditing clients across manufacturing, retail, and capital markets. As a CPA, she leverages her skillset of approaching problems holistically, connecting investments, tax, legal, and operations, and applies a disciplined and structured lens to execution.

Outside of work, Kriti enjoys staying active, exploring new restaurants, and traveling. She is fluent in five languages and loves to cook a variety of cuisines.
