Kylie Sales

Kylie Sales is Manager, Operations at Northwood Family Office, helping lead human resources, compliance, office operations, and employee engagement initiatives. She brings a strong background in client service and administration, helping ensure things run smoothly and efficiently across the firm.

Before joining Northwood, Kylie held roles in client relations, portfolio administration, and marketing at Cassels Brock & Blackwell LLP and Guardian Capital Advisors LP, gaining extensive experience in operations, compliance, and client management in the financial services and legal industries.

Outside of work, Kylie is passionate about animal welfare and volunteers as a Team Lead for the Toronto Humane Society’s Pet Parent Support Network.
