Niko Zhang

Niko Zhang is a member of Northwood’s Investment Team, where he supports the Chief Investment Officer in overseeing investment strategies, asset allocation, manager research, and other key investment initiatives. 

Prior to joining Northwood, Niko was a Portfolio Consulting Analyst at Russell Investments, where he provided advisory services on portfolio construction and investment selection to Investment Advisors. Before that, he served as a Product Specialist for various investment mandates at Guardian Capital.

Niko earned his Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2024. He holds a Bachelor of Economics degree from York University and is currently pursuing a part-time MBA at the Rotman School of Management. Additionally, he is working towards the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.

Outside of work, Niko enjoys spending time with his friends and partner, engaging in a range of activities. He is an avid learner, currently exploring golf, guitar, and piano.
