His journey at Northwood began as a Senior Associate in Marketing and Business Development in 2017. He spent his first year at the firm working directly with co-founder Tom McCullough to help shape the firm’s brand and growth strategy. Over time his role at Northwood has evolved into a unique hybrid of client advisory and business development.

He regularly contributes to the Northwood Perspective blog, helps curate the Northwood Quarterly Reading List, and has hosted several episodes of the Wealth of Wisdom podcast series.

Scott is also a guest lecturer at the Rotman School of Management, serves on the Steering Committee for the Cambridge Forum on Multi-Generational Family Wealth and Leadership, and co-leads the CFA Institute’s Annual Wealth Management Conference in Toronto.

Before Scott joined Northwood, he worked at RBC Capital Markets in Equity Research and Fixed Income Sales and Trading.

Outside of work, Scott and his wife Ruth are the proud (and busy) parents of Dean and Ben. He’s also a passionate traveler and self-published writer, having explored over 65 countries across five continents.
